Return and Refund Policy

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

The product must be returned in unused condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Before returning any product, please contact us first. We will provide the return instructions and return address.

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. The refund will be made using the original payment method.
